It's a great idea, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's part of the hard code for YaBB...

There is an add-on which can make things easier but after trying it once there seemed to be more cons than pros ...

A new Yabb may be out towards the end of the year s& I'm hoping there will be a lot of improvements ...
