Can we submit smileys to be added to the smileys list?
System Specs: HP 2000 Notebook PC; Windows 8.1 64-Bit; 4GB RAM; AMD E-300 APU w/ Radeon HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~1.3 GHz; AMD Radeon HD 6310.

I've wondered the same thing..but i guess it could get out of control if everyone and their brother uploads their favorite smiley... ::)

No. Those are all standard Yabb smileys. You can always upload new ones as .gifs and put them in code.
