problem downloading

I cant download some of the planes.  I download them 1 by 1 and I still can't download them.

Yes I did that and if i turn off my computer after i download one plane and turn it back on i can download another but i have to do that if i want to download more than 1 plane.   I download them 1 by 1 too.

Hello. I am having a problem. When I go to download a file it asks me for a username and password. I don't have one. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to download more than 2 files at once?

Can you post a screenshot of the window that is asking for the password?

The only time it should ask for a password, is if you are trying to download more than 2 things at once, or when you are logging into a member's account.

If you are not doing one of those two things, it should not be asking for a password, and that's why I need to see the window, this way I'll know what is going on.
