SimV decided to act up today...

Looks to me like the formatting scripts didn't load up...My the forums look ugly without it ::)

I get that every now and again. It is more likely that your ISP is causing some interference or going rather slow. I find it only happens to me when my connection speed is snail like ;)
Normally just clicking on refresh or entering a thread or forum makes it vanish.

I seem to only have problems when either of these scenarios arise:
A: A few hours in the afternoon, usually shortly after the brats get home from school or
B: when one of those mondo-huge banners ads are trying to load in the page header.
I just clear my cache, log off, wait a little while, log back on and all is rosy again.

Looks like for some reason the browser did not load the CSS. Cascading style sheet.
