Firefox problem

Firefox problem

When I try and download a file using Firefox I get a message that's just a load of wierd symbols and letter. Works fine with IE. Can anyone help because now I have to use IE :'(

Well it's not Firefox itself as many people use it - including me.

Can you provide some more info & maybe a screenshot?
