Avatar has disappeared

My avatar has disappeared and I can't seem to reinstall it. Whats going on?

Kevin the only reason it'd get zapped would be if it was over the 10kb limit for avatars or WORSE a linked image. Otherwise the only possibility is that it has been accidentally overwritten (I've had this a couple of times).
