2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

I've known way too many of these type of kids.  I once had a 16 yr old in his nice new Mustang GT that his parents bought him approach me and want to race for slips, while I was on my Ninja ZX-6.  I was laughing so hard I couldn't do it.

Either his parents did not love him and wanted him dead in a mangled Mustang as quickly as possible, or they had far more money than sense. Most probably the latter :-?
