GTA4 - Finding the last pigeon!

So for the past 2 or 3 days I have been going through all of the islands looking for the diseased pigeons to kill.

As per a lot of people, I am stuck at number 199 and I am unable to find the last one.

I used a guide and a video to go through and mark off the ones I had killed as I did them, but evidently something went wrong and I have one left to find.


Besides going through and looking for them all again, are there any methods I could use to find the last one? Any ones in particular I should watch out for as 'easy to miss' ones?

I'm afraid not, when I was achieving 100% on San Andreas on PS2, I accidentally screwed up two findable items leaving me to go through them all again.

Try to stay organized as you go through the list. Granted the city is huge, but I guess you could always do it zone wise.
