tried the demo out finally. I am hoping this system help thing that they use in combat is not central to the game play. Its far to fiddly and generally ruins the flow of the game.
Otherwise it looks okay if completely like the ace combat series.

how is it? if thats your personal opinion, fair enough. But it isnt.....makes a refreshing change to see other companies release these types of games other than the ace combat series.

I happen to quite enjoy it!

Difficulty ramps up QUITE a bit at around mission 6 or 7, to the point where it takes me a few reloads of checkpoints to get it.

Fun game, graphics are AMAZING. Huge selection of planes, as well!

Never played any other Clancy titles except GRAW2 (Which I lost interest in quickly), so I'm not sure how it compares.

Overall, I'd give it an 8/10 if I had to give it a rating  :P

(The ERS system does take a while to get used too. I LOVE the Assistance OFF mode, though. So much fun!)

Its a fun game in my opinion. But I've been playing it on the xbox 360. Those darn sams keep getting me! But hey, they put the F-14 in the game, so thats a plus for me!

I think its mission 18 or so, you have to give air cover for the carrier group leaving Tokyo. Man, now that one I had to do several times before finally completing it!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

That's mission 14, I believe. Somewhere around there. More likely a bit earlier, even.

The missions are decently long.

And, like you, that dang carrier mission took me FOREVER.

As with the Shuttle mission, and currently Mission 17 gave me a problem on my first run of it on Elite.
