Train Simulator Question

For now I am still using MSTS, and I have a question. Is there a way to edit the trains, like make a custom train? I don't mean to make a new one, I just mean to edit the order of the cars and number of locomotives and things like that. Thanks.

Find the folder in program files, there should be something called Train simulator tools or something, just find a tutorial on google

I figured it out. No wonder I couldn't find it. The editor I was looking for was in another editor which was in another editor.
