It's on the final level in one of the testing lab rooms. Very hard to spot. I'm sure there's other interesting things to be discovered though

In the chamber with the companion cube theres a room behind a panel straight across from the door with the button (the first button, not the one where you kill the cube) theres a bunch of pictures of people and stuff with a cube for a face and poems and such...oh and a pile of cameras
