This game is pretty cool. I think I like SH III better though.

Nice! The first and third would be great without the HUD stuff....in the third it could be easily cropped out and lightened up - nice addition to our gallery - if you'd like.. :)

That would be great Krigl! I'm honored truely! Unfortunately I don't have the original anymore. If you can find a way to crop this one for the gallery by all means crop away!

Absolutely Clip! It's first rate in my book. It's as real as it gets as far as sub sims go. I have SH III as well which still gets much praise. Both games are downloadable from their site. Check em out!

This game is looking sooooo nice! I'm thinking about picking up a copy, just so I can put a nice ocean view up on my screen as some sort of living painting to look to in my room!  ;D

Clipper - from what I've read Silent Hunter 4 isn't much of an improvement over III in any sense - correct me someone if I'm wrong - so if you can get SHIII cheap then go for it

SH 3 is a great game, so is SH 4. i have both of them and they are really good. Clipper, if or when you do get Silent Hunter 3, make sure that you get GWX (Grey Wolves eXpansion). i dont have it but ive read that it is really good, but only if you want immersion. it is a HUGE download though. also join the community at Subsim.com. the site is a great place to get mods of all kinds, and the members are very helpful. i have had many problems with both of these sims solved from the members at Subsim.
