...did you download it here on simv?

No it's the payware bird from www.carenado.com, I can't remember where I got the paint...

Props and payware scenery.
For me, there is only one prop at the moment, the A2A P-47, so that was an easy choice.
Scenery was more difficult, but then I remembered one of my last repaints for the Jug, which I based on just one picture that I'd found, (that came with a big copyright mark too, I don't know if it would be allowed to post here?):

I just loved that pic with Mont Saint Michel in the background!

Anyway, took me a while to get the paintjob right, but I'm real happy with the result. So, I thought I'd might as well recreate the entire image with the help of France VFR Mont St Michel:

Fun to see how much the coastline has changed since 1944, Mt St Michel is nearly absorbed by the mainland.

Good luck to everyone in the comp, I've seen some great shots already!

Very cool screenshot and really good to see that you're trying to re-create photographs! I really like that idea.

Or it's just high tide ... look at the fields further inland ;)

Don't have time to make a new one, (just barely was able to do the Xvs9 shot) so I'm going to use one I already did.
