Not so good sky and water. Scenery seems a bit bland. ;)

I think this is a rather cool screenshot ... I liked this one when I saw it in the Judge's Choice. Contrary to Alex I think your sky coloring and clouds are really very nice. I like all those nice detailed clouds although the sun looks a little flat. The plane is an excellent choice for that scene too and it definitely fits this weeks theme. The lit runway in the background adds to that.

One drawback is your water; I feel that there's too much of it in the shot - I always like to have some more skies to give the shot some breathing room. Also, lowering your camera would've given the shot a little more drama, as if you were in a boat and the plane was flying over your head.

The other are the default and non-detailed buildings in the black scenery. If you would've taken off from a nice add-on airport, I think you would have had a great screenshot.

Still I'll give it an 8.0

Really? I have VOZ and I fly out of Hobart here and there so I'm surprised I didn't recognize the airport. What new Airport Enhancement utility did you use?

Until you brought that up, I was under the impression that Korrby Clouds were the only thing added as it pertained to the sky. According to the 1.21 version pdf, Alec Ranc's Blue Sky 2.1 was added to VOZ.

AEU are textures only ... it's not scenery. Try this and this or just search for the stuff that Ian Thatcher made ...

8.0, a solid 8 as well. I think the perspective is brilliant . The only difficulty I have is with the sunset coloring. A little too pink and pronounced for my taste. Otherwise a very strong effort.
