The Battle Is Over...

About a month of very stiff competition, and two fought through - Clipper and Ashar, both producing fantastic entries to get to the positino they're in now.

But one has fallen, blood has been shed on the battlefield...He who is crowned Winner of the War IS:

Well, each finalist's entry was stunning, but Ashar just managed to take the win, with a fine representation of the first commercial flight of the Boeing 747.

Comiserations to Clipper, but congratulations to you all for producing such brilliant entries - whether you fell at the first hurdle or progressed onwars to the finals, each and every one of you should be proud with such fantastic screenshots produced.

Thanks also to the judges, Mab_08 and Krigl, who were a great help in running the War.

For all the entries you make in the forums, I'd rather surprised you're at a loss for words, but I understand where you're coming from.

And let us not forget Charlie guys. Without Charlie's hard work the screenart wars would not have been possible let alone the success it has been.

When I lost in the semi-finals, I felt it was appropriate to say thank you then. A good sportman, whether they win or lose, should acknowledge their thanks for participating in any event.
