How to get rid of blurries...???

Hello all, just looking for some help on removing blurries.  ::) My Specs are below, I have FS9 pretty much maxed and looking great apart from those annoying blurries! The texture near(ish) to the aircraft looks fine but i find those further away from the aircraft appear blurry until i get closer to them. Please help!! I want ALL my scenery nice and sharp!  :)

Have you applied the tweaks on the FS9.cfg?

Start here: remember..back up your current cfg. first!!!!

Load textures farther away to reduce blurries:
Find these lines in FS9.cfg and change them to read:
TERRAIN_DEFAULT_RADIUS=9.000000
TERRAIN_EXTENDED_RADIUS=9.900000
TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS=4
