Morguefile has some nice pics, but a lot of people get their background pix from there, so nearly all the good ones have been used already. Feel free to look around though.

I like to look around on photography forums and when I see a nice picture, I just ask the author if I can use it. Most guys don't have a problem with that at all and they always like to see what you did with their photo.
