compresser?

Has anyone got a program that can compress the shot so it is always uder 100kb coz i made a shot and resized it on irfanview and it was over 100kb. someone please help me!

He's already using Infraview...

When you go to save the jpg, you'll get a pop-up with a compression slider.  Slide to a lower value and then save.. Don't close Infraview, just minimize it and then go  check the properties of the saved file... If it's still too large, save again at a lower setting. If you keep re-opening and re-compressing a jpg, it gets ugly...

Use Paint.net...It has a slider that lets you adjust quality/size ;)
