The aircraft for this round between Krigl (1 win) and Mictheslik is the DeHavilland Comet...the scenery is sunset/sunrise over a mountain range...any mountain range....post by sundown to-night.....Now back to my snake and cactus breakfast....you laughin'?........punk?.....remember 5 consecutive wins and I don't shoot you....I mean, you get to choose any 1 pic from your 5 wins to enter the Gallery...

Make sure you've got a Gideon's Bible in your hotel room Mic - I've heard it can be a comfort...  ;) :D

Just to check - we're talking the big Comet, not the small default twin-prop racer thing, right?

And editing or not? - Mic did ask  ;)

For me 'sundown' will be in about 5 hours, hope  that's okay. Got a translation to do before I get to fly. I love the (big) Comet,  it was one of the first planes I downloaded and screenshot...

Mic is big on talent.. it's gonna be a toughie...

We already had a 'big comet' showdown...

Is it the same one again?

Two of the best screenartists in simV - mic and Krigl - going head-to-head in an all-or-nothing duel... where's the nearest blast screen? ;D

Tough....

I'm going to abstain from voting and voice my opinions on both.  I can't pick because in my view it's an equal match.

Mic:  Nice shot.  The colors are nice, maybe a tad bit too dark (just the lighting on the plane) and for a competition like this I'd prefer to see the other side of the plane, or at least have the plane angled more towards the viewer.  However I LOVE the details, ESPECIALLY the moon, nice catch!

Krigl:  Great angle!  It's starting to get a little cliche in your shots, but it still works, at least for now.I love the way the plane is lit up for the viewers, and how smooth and detailed it looks.  The details in your pic are great just like mics, especially the fog below.  I don't like the color though, especially the spotty, random coloring of the clouds.  Great pic though, better than anything I can do!
