NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

ok i just took a bunch of photos in vegas... but now i cant upload them caus there to big :-/ how do i decrease the file size without croping all of the stuff out of the image :-?

When you save the .jpeg there should be a window next to the another window as you click Save As. The window on the right should have a slider. The higher you drag the slider the better the image will become. Do not exceed the 100Kb limit though.
