I'll give it a 7/10. I like the sky colors and the angle. Downside is that your ground textures are a bit odd IMO. Also downside is the trees on the mountain seems to be floating. Upside is the perspective. On the far right side as the mountains go deeper in the feeling of a vast place is present. I just love that spot in your pic.

Overall it's nice but could be better. Best part of all is the Right side of the pic IMO.

Not to be a downer but the cliff textures kill it for me.
I suggest this replacement (last on page) http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery53.htm

Stratus clouds, don't quite do it for me. Turn your terrain texture size higher if it can. And if your system can handle it, try getting Real Environment Pro. Great addon for ground textures.

Up side: great mood set, pretty good lighting, and the road and autogen in the bottom part of the picture gives something extra to look at.
