When I clicked "Save As" the bar was already at 80 and as you see I just hit it up to 95. I personally don't see any difference. Do you?

I did what you said but the file size is over 100 no matter what I do. I also sharpened it. Now what do I do? :-/When you take the shot, make sure it's saved as a bitmap (*.BMP). After that open the shot in Irfanview and resize is to 800 pixels wide max. Then save it as a *.jpg. Move the slider so the filesize is just under 100 KB. I'm not sure, but I think you can see the filesize in the statusbox on the bottom of the screen.
