Paint does a very bad job at saving images in .jpg format. You loose a lot of quality. I recommend using irfanview.

I recommend using irfanview.
Or if you have photoshop that works really well too.

I do it with PhotoShop CS2.
Better result!

Wow man, that's bloody expensive a piece of software! ;)
I assume most members have a less than legitimate version of that program, mine is though.
