I have been posting in the "Editied Screens" section and have not been getting many replies so i decided to post this one here. This is an edit of two of Kirk's F-86's flying above the cloud deck at dusk.

Ok, I'll say this one more time. As they say, "third times the charm!"

You've got to get the shadows on the airplanes so that they blend in with the background. THis will improve the edit in many ways. I don't have photoshop so I couldn't tell you how but ask around. I'm sure you'll get the answer.

you are doing a good job, but you REALLY need to fix your compression issue as it kill your work. you should have a better result with irfanview, or even photoshop. in photoshop, don't know which version you have, look for something called "save for web" in the save menu, and try to get it as close to 100kb as you can. same with irfanview, for each shot when you "save as" you have to adjust the rule to get as close as you can to the limit.

it would really enhance your already nice shots...

edit: I just checked the property of your pic, and you're at 96kb... then you already know about this.... sorry

It's a great pic, I love Olsson's Sabre, and the background is lovely. Only thing to add to the critique is - change the number on the smaller craft, and try to make it otherwise look a bit different. Rotate a little maybe, add some dirt or other distinguishing element. Right now it looks like what it is - a carbon copy.

It looks like the sun's gone down behind them, yet they are lit in front. Probably darkening them would make the shot easier to compress at higher quality - and they might look more as if they 'belong' in the picture. But I don't know much about such things, just a thought...
If you're bored of an evening - and you'll have to be - you can check out my screenshot gallery: Kriglsflightsimscreens...HERE

What they said [smiley=smiley_up.gif] ;D.  As a horrible editor, I can't add my own feedback except looking good and GO CANADIAN AIR FORCE ;D ;D ;).
