My shots are too big...

Hey all, I was wondering if I could get some help with a problem here.  It seems that all the shots I've been taking recently have been really large (way over 100 kB).  I take the pictures using YAFSScreen, and the FSX screenshot button ("v") to take the shots, then I use Photoshop to resize the pics down to 800x640, but I still have to drastically decrease the quality to actually get them somewhere under 100 kB, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to make the shots a bit smaller while maintaining the quality.

If you're using Photoshop are you using the Save for web option and then optimising the shot to the weight you want?
