i cant seem to put a screenshot on my post i read the help guide and i cant find the insert image button can someone help me

If you upload your image here you don't need the Insert Image button. http://www.simviation.com/yabbupload.html
After they're uploaded copy the complete links just as they are & paste them into your topic.

The upload script has been changed recently which means the instructions are out of date.
