Oshkosh tank transporter or something... the plane is a MiG-25RB in the worst export trim available (even when it had wings)

It reminds me of my old petrol*, Scammell Tank Transporter, that I used to drive in the British Army on the Rhine, in Germany in 1956... 8-)...!
