...wonder if the dc 3 would require larger turbo prop engines with a little fuller sound......there must be some larger turbo prop planes, one could alias the sounds too .....


I've been playin' a bit with what soundset matches up the best....started with Convair 580, Twin Otter, P-38, and a couple of others....then I tried the Rockwell Turbo Commander.  Fits rather well methinks.
I love the smell of radials in the morning!

Re the turboprop sounds issue.  Really you have TWO issues here, first the turboprop and second, this bird has FIVE bladed props which make their own distinctive sound.  You might want to consider using the engine sounds from the Piaggio P1800 as it has both.  Great airplane in all other aspects.
