Er....i use FS Water Confibulator Configurator, i forget which setting. I have all the sliders on the left hand side of the FSX settings screen (mesh, and all that) on full, including water. Its not so good close up however! A bit of distance and its stunning ;)

My main concern is however the sky. I cant quite get that hazy foggy look in the distance like i could with Fs9 which made it look so real... :( Even at its lowest, 60nm is too far in my opinion

I guess i need to play with the weather a bit more :)

Lookin great Simon! Be aware there are plenty of top notch paints for this bird out there, you will not be disappointed.

For your horizon and such, right now all REX products are half price... single best addon you will ever buy!

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Put Visibility at about 10 Miles.  I'm about to post a hawaiin tour photo thingy in the screenshoty showcase so you can see what it turns out like.  Not too foggy, not to far-seeing, and it boosts framerates like a dream. :)

The water waves/reflections look like default.
What make the water look so good is the photorealistic texture below those waves. And if I'm not misaken, this is the bay right next to Bowerman airport, in the freeware OrbX PNW demo. :)

Great shots, I can't decide which one I prefer between the last two !  :o

In a word, "breathtaking". Simply amazing photo-real screenies. It is difficult to find such detail at any price. Thanks for sharing both the images as well as the link. Aces all around mate............. Ziggy
