V bomber revival

Postby pfevrier » Wed Aug 31, 2011 9:53 pm

I am a big fan of V bombers. I personally think they have great lines and radical design. Anyway, I love the Vulcan and I hope it shows in those shots, enjoy!  ;)

Fantastic! Which Vulcan is this please? I havent seen one this good, since i drove past our resident gate-guard, what, nearly every day - XM607 looms over the fence alongside the A15, literally two minutes from my home.

First shot is almost...almost like a photo. Top job :)

This Vulcan is made by IRIS.
The first one I ever saw was when I went over to England and I was visiting Coventry. We stopped by the air museum, and it was love at first sight  ;D

Excellent shots of an excellent bird Pierre. Love #1 & #2. :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.

Thank you all for your nice comments!
I use REX 2 for clouds and water. The shallows in #3 are part of the ground scenery I used (Scilly Isles by Earth Simulations), and the great weather patterns I got with Active Sky Evolution which I think is a great way to boost the REX effect  :D REX is great to replace cloud textures but the FSX weather engine is just too weak in my opinion so I decided to give it a boost with Active Sky Evolution.
