Serious question. Are those real procedures? Especially the bear Part.

Are you familiar with Wikctionary or maybe Webster's dictionary, and why we have a 'roll eyes' smiley? ::)

Insincerely saying something which is the opposite of one's intended meaning, often to emphasize how unbelievable or unlikely it

sounds if taken literally, thereby illustrating the obvious nature of one's intended meaning.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I noticed the image in your signature is 700 pixels wide and 42 kb. Forum rules allow for a maximum width of 600 pixels and a total of 30kb. I fixed it for you. :)
