VOR

Postby patchz » Tue May 17, 2011 5:41 am

I've been flying FS for years, but never bothered to learn VOR, until now. I just flew my first VOR flight from Bremerton to Darrington, via KPAE, successfully.

But I still have a lot to learn. I remember when I was a kid and visited my Dad at work, hearing the beep beep, beep beep beep of the VOR.

Apparently, I must have passed this guy somewhere along the way, and blew his door off. ::)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

That first shot ! The view angle gives quite a nice impression of distance, the place is beautifull of course but the shot shows it really well  8-)

Wow! That looks great!  Is that scenery more of your tilepics thing or is that a mesh?  The trees and mountains are realistic.
