Greg, the aircraft is Captain Sim's C-130. This model is in one of the expansion packs :)

Here is the default path to your AI carrier Cfg.:

Computer/Local Disk/Program Files/AI Carriers

Just add the lines to the bottom of the Cfg. file and change the xx to the next number in line :)
