USCG Rescue II

Postby CHUCK79 » Sat Feb 19, 2011 6:12 pm

PART I
Turns out, he was on a cruise, had a few too many wobblypops......then fell overboard while stumbling back to his cabin ;D
Lucky for him the seas were calm.
Image
He didn't want to get on the C-130 because he wanted a lift back to the cruise ship and, he asked real nice....besides, we didn't have any pressing issues so........
Image
He also said that the buffet was outstanding and he would buy us some dinner for fishin' him out...
Image
Who can refuse free dinner?......and maybe a show 8-)

Thanks 4 looking :)

I discovered how to add sim objects to AI Carriers the other day....so I added the kayaker from one of the missions (the guy in the water). It's pretty neat becuase, you can spawn him just like a carrier, and then go looking for him. I like the facility watpoints, so that I at least have the coordinates, because it really is like a needle in a haystack.....especially if you use any wave animation :)
Then I added the cruise ship, just because 8-)

Add this to your AI Carrier Cfg. for the kayaker.

[formation.xx]
title=Kayaker_sm
unit.0=Kayaker_sm, 0, 0

Add this for the cruise ship.

[formation.xx]
title=cruise_linerA_sm
unit.0=cruise_linerA_sm, 0, 0

Don't forget to change the xx to the correct number :)

Nice shots Chuck. Love the angle on the helo in #1. :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
