Flying Alligators

Postby Flying Trucker » Fri Jan 21, 2011 3:13 pm

Goodly afternoon all... :)

FSX and Vista
FS Water Configurator
Aircraft:  Auster T7
Aircraft Livery: by Larry..."Patchz"
Location:  Everglades Air Park "KO1" Florida, United States
Season:  Summer
HDE Clouds
All Freeware right here at the Simviation Downloads

Dastardly Doug also known as "Flying Trucker" and his flying mechanic, good friend, wonderful supplier  of wobbly pop, duct tape and known as Dirty Dick got away from their nattering nannies for a flight to the Everglades Air Park, Florida, United States of America.

With a overnight stop and invitation to join the local bugsmasher aviators for a night of wobbly pop and tall tales in the hangar Dastardly Doug and Dirty Dick were told American Alligators could fly and they loved the dope or dopes (not sure) in rag and tube bugsmashers... :)

Everglades Air Park...we stayed here (I think... ;D)
Image

Dastardly Doug and Dirty Dick staying slightly high as we were told American Alligators could only fly about a hundred feet up and parallel for about a hundred feet with the aircraft...unless they catch the bugsmasher... :o

I wonder if those boaters are looking for flying alligators also... ::)    :)

First pictures I have taken since I redownloaded FSX.
Been awhile... :)

Naw we never saw them flying alligators and we stayed two nights with them southern gentlemen...wonder if they were pulling our legs...wonder if I should ask the old girl... ::)      :-X

Comments and advice most welcome... ;)

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Nice Doug. :)

But to be honest, the story sounds a bit 'fishy' to me. ::)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanks for the replies one and all... :)

Had to look up "saltie"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saltwater_crocodile

Crocodile or alligator...either one would make short work on the fabric of a bugsmasher... ;D
