I can only advise to FOLLOW the instructions to the letter...I don't think it's a Vista thing because I'm only running the upgraded version of Vista, Win 7 64 bit

Fourbee, it's probably not a Vista issue. Are you installing the scenery files or adding it to your existing AI carriers program? AI carriers here: http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1 ... i+carriers (4th one down)
