Pensacola NAS

Now this is the way a Navy Base should look.
Karl Meindl's USNVT based on Jim Dhaenens original KPNA AND KNSE for FSX with Javier Fernandez's USS Eisenhower added by Timothy Marson. Available on SimV. Thanks Chuck for the heads up on this scenery, it is an improvement on Jim's very good KPNA.

Thanks for looking.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Awesome shots Larry, and you're welcome. I forgot about the seaplane base there.
Incredible looking aircraft too. Catalina? By who?
Btw, KNPA not KPNA ;)

I don't know how much heli flying you do but, after digging around a little.......
This is a nice little compliment to the USNVT package :)
This one is just to show the re-paint (it's at KNSE)

These two are of NRQ (Spencer NOLF) By Jim Dhaenens also

The texture package includes Marine and Navy re-paints for the Bell 206 which, from what I understand, makes it a TH-57 Sea Ranger ;). The airfield is Spencer NOLF, you've probably noticed it on your way back or forth between KNSE and KNPA.
Get them both here: http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1 ... ds=whiting

I have not flown the default Bell at all, but I'm getting both downloads now. Think anyone would notice if I painted the SA-2 Samson in that livery and tried to sneak in? ::)

That would be cool, the original paint schemes are pretty limited on the Samson.

I have not looked at the textures yet, so I don't know how difficult it might be to paint. I'm surprised Roy has not already done the one from Avatar, and/or a pirate theme. ::)
