A few of tips if you like:

(1) Make sure the red text is not on-screen when you take your shot
(2) Try this tool for sizing and converting to Jpeg (once you set it up the first time you can just forget about it, and it's free):http://bd-sizer.en.softonic.com/
(3) Turn your anti-aliasing up in your FSX/settings/display menu. It will get rid of those jaggies

Also, upload your images to Simviation.  The "Upload Images" link is at the top of the page between "Site Search" and "Help and Support".
