It's the BAC 1-11 from dmflightsim.co.uk.
I seriously recommend you to download it, it's extremely detailled and has one of the best virtual cockpits ever made for FS9.
On the same site you'll also find a Comet and a Trident, both with the same quality virtual cockpits! Must-haves.
