That's Goodspeed airport in East Haddam, CT Dave. The scenery is MoCat's Land's End North freeware from SimV. There are four or five in the series that pretty much cover the entire continental US and his Snow Dog tours covering Alaska and I think some of Canada. Makes a lot of blah FSX airports much more interesting, not to mention adding a ton of float plane bases FSX left out.
