i was surprise by tupolev, you have to give all you got to take off, it rise slowly but very steady. i assume her large wings has something to do with it:

EH101 is quite a handful,most of the time i crash on landing or land 20 miles from airport, fortunately most of the time you can land in a field:

Some rather nice shots. It took me quite a while to fly the Merlin well also, hard to pilot choppers with a regular joystick I find.

I like the first shot, do not do much simulated flying on helicopters however that is something that might come about shortly... ;)

I don't own a joystick but I have discovered that a normal gamepad makes hovering and landing in any helicopter, and especially the EH101, very easy. Using the left joystick as aileron controls and the right as rudder and throttle, it flies like a dream. It hovers near any surface in the default joystick position.  8-)
