Following I-90

Postby patchz » Tue Aug 17, 2010 12:54 am

Left Kent S36 and followed I-90 to Thorpe and then WA97 and the Coumbia north to Cashmere and finally to Lake Chelan, landing at Stehekin State, 6S9.

That's Mountaineer Ridge in distance.

I've seen drydocks, but this takes the cake.

Landing to the north at Stehekin State gives an opportunity for side slip and a lot of 'fun'.

Thanks for looking.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

[color=#000000] ;D I had to do a 180 to go back and get the shot. There is another one near the south end of the lake, but not as 'high' and dry.
