Your on deck shots are so real - the folded wings reminded me of the F8 Corsair which got airborne with wings still folded - like to hear the true story on that.

As far as the water, no it is not default.
The payware used were RAZBAM's new Corsair II, and REX 2. The carrier is freeware though, AI Nimitz Carrier by Javier Fernandez, it can be found here at SimV.
