My first payware aircraft

Postby CHUCK79 » Fri Aug 13, 2010 7:09 pm

Needed an aircraft for cruisin' my back yard.
This flight is from KOMK (Omak) up the Okanogan River Valley to Lake Osyoos, straddling the U.S./ Canadian border.
Aircraft is the Carenado C185F
Scenery from Mega Scenery Earth of the Okanogan Valley or, Okan"a"gan if you're from the other side of the border, ay ;)
Taking off from KOMK headed North

Making my approach at Lake Osyoos.........nevermind the water rudders, I put them down to taxi and forgot to put them back up before I started the FS recorder replay

An excellent choice.  Water rudders down on takeoff was a personal favorite at Lake Hood Tower in Anchorage - we worked out a lightly sarcastic but politically correct comment for this.

[color=#000000]Nice shots. Good choice for your first, nice scenery too.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Can't beat Carenado for an intro to payware. Awesome VC's on their stuff.

Great shots & wonderful scenery.
