Wonderful shots Jan...very nice... :)

I think the Curtiss Hawk was known as the "Mohawk" in British service...she was obsolete prior to World War Two...

Wow. Great scenery, and I want that plane!

The hawk was indeed considered obsolete, but they were used in India intill 1944 . Here's Wikipedia again:
