Baron von Wonderful! Alaska Tour part 1

Postby ShaneG_old » Wed Jul 14, 2010 5:55 pm

I've flown the default FS9 Baron 58 for nearly the entire Alaskan tour now.

Such a wonderful all purpose plane.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

That first shot has something special... an atmosphere, I don't know... it's great.
And yes, the Baron was definitely one of my favorite planes in FS9... and still is in FSX, by the way :)

I know what it is. That picture evokes a feeling that the day is done-- the flyin' over long stretches of empty wilderness and perilous peaks is behind us for another day. Now we head to the motel and a steak dinner after a quick shower. We'll eat our steak medium rare, and have a few craftbrews with it. Then a good night's sleep...
