What a plane - don't suppose it's available for FSX too  :)?

Nope. I tried it. Not even close to working. Bummer. Wish somebody that knew what they were doing would upgrade it to FSX. It's a Bill Lyons

How bad is it?

Does it even show up?

I've done a couple of port overs, as long as they show up, it's usually not too bad a process.

I just tried it too. The prop can be fixed easily enough although it will have the usual problem with clouds. The main problem is the panel. It uses a number of FS9 default gauges which is fine if you have FS9. Replacing others will need a little work but shouldn't be too difficult.

Yeah those older FS98 gauges are the bane of a porter's life with these older planes.  ;D ;)

There are a few gauges it used that I'm not sure have a default FSX equivalent, but I know I can fill most of the black holes with something close, or appropriate.  :)

I've got the prop fixed, and the 2d panel working fine.

Haven't quite figured out why the VC gauges won't show yet.

Doug, have you taken a crack at this at all?

I can get the VC gauges to display at night but not in daylight. I've lost touch with all this now. I was hoping you would know how to fix it.

Could you PM your version of the Panel.cfg so that I can compare notes.
I used mostly DC-3 gauges, but also had to throw a few Cub ones in.

I can but there's really not much point. All I've done so far is to correct the path to the FS9 default gauges.

The VC gauge issue is an alpha problem, looking for the right texture now, although, being a VC, it could be part of the model, kind of like our favorite F-18 canopy.   ;)

None of the FS9 gauges will load, it keeps referring to them all by older names, and the only way I can avoid the popup warnings is by using the FSX DC-3 gauges I swapped in.
The custom XML gauges in the Custom.cab work fine.

That's odd. I copied the appropriate FS9 default gauges into the Panel folder of the Reliant & edited the path in Panel.cfg accordingly. All works fine for me except in daytime.
