That's a fine looking B17, especially with 'Ruby' as the nose art.  Is this the new 'accusim' release?

Wow, this is amazing!  I stumbled on this forum when I was looking up my Grandma's (Ruby) name online in hopes of finding some photographs.  Wonderful job!!

I was very excited to see this.  My wifes grandfather was a tail-gunner on Ruby's Fortress. He has a few pictures where he had a chance to meet Ruby. I really enjoy hearing his stories and am proud to be part of his family (even if it is by marriage.)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Sorry for my absence guys!  I lost my login.

Anyways, I currently only have 1 photo of my Grandma as my Dad has most of her things still.

I will try to scan the photo and post it on here for you all to see.  I believe it is my Grandma (Ruby) and all the men that were to fly in the Raider's.   :)

Outstanding job on the paint Bruce!

A2A B-17?

If I didn't already have two great B-17s, I'd get this one just to have yours & Jankees' paints.  8-)

Awesome set of coincidences your post has brought together here!  Another wonderful benefit of the world of FS.  ;D  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
