Kicking his spurs...

Goodly afternoon all... :)

Advice and encouragement from too many Simviation Members to mention... ;)

The ink barely dry on a young Private Pilot"s Licence.
Right after school it is down to the airfield for an evening flight in his favourite used trainer.
Be assured the little Cessna 172 is only a used trainer until it gets our hero into the air.
His trusty steed then becomes a F16, F15 or maybe a F18.

He points her nose upwards, climbing, climbing, climbing, okay okay maybe a hundred or so feet before she stalls but he has done something many of his generation has not accomplished.

The hour passes by quickly, but there is more grass to cut, more windows to wash and more odd jobs after school and on weekends and soon he will be able to kick his spurs again for a hour in his trusty steed.

A young aviator lives those immortal words:
Oh I have slipped the surly bonds of earth....

Comments and advice most welcome.... :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanks Larry...much appreciated... ;)

I was going to try and rotate her to the right using the space bar and mouse as I had been experimenting and guess what Larry...I forgot... ;D

With the move getting close the old grey matter is not up to snuff.
