Looks like the Iris Eagle for FSX.

But the Iris Eagle won't work with SP2/Acceleration.  Or will it?

This is the Iris Eagle. I got it a while back and didnt realize it was an FS9 aircraft. My own goof there! But it seems to work just fine for me with Accel/SP2
